The advisory board of MASO consists of 5 film professionals, who will read and evaluate the submitted projects and make the selection of the final participating 8 teams.

The elements on which the committee will assess the projects are the artistic value and feasibility of the production, it is also important to present a film without clichés and stereotypical representation. 

Enrico Vannucci

Enrico Vannucci is a member of the selection committee of Pardi di Domani at the Locarno Film Festival and of the selection committee of LIM - Less Is More, and the artistic head of the short film training programme of MASO. He has worked in film festivals and markets since 2010, in particular collaborating with the Venice Film Festival and Talents and Short Film Market - TSFM, which he co-founded in 2016. He also co-founded Varicoloured, a holistic short film agency, in 2018, Talking Shorts, an online film magazine dedicated to short films, in 2020, and Talents Generator Factory, a company dedicated to the development of new audiovisuals by emerging and established professionals, in 2022. In 2021, he became a member of the European Film Academy.

Anne Gaschütz

Anne Gaschütz grew up in Dresden, Germany, and later studied film in the UK. Upon returning to Dresden she worked in film production at the Dresden-based production company filoufilm and later as a production manager on numerous short films. She joined the selection committee for the International Competition of Filmfest Dresden in 2013 and became the festival's co-director in 2020. She is one of the initiators of the online platform Talking Shorts and joined Locarno Film Festival’s Pardi di Domani section in 2021.

Marija Milovanovic

Marija Milovanovic is a cultural manager and curator based in Vienna, Austria. Since 2008 she is working for Vienna Shorts, Austria's only Oscar® qualifying film festival where she is co-head of the international competition Fiction & Documentary. In 2018 she co-founded LEMONADE FILMS, a film festival distribution agency for Austrian short- and VR-films. Since 2021 she is the festival director of the Video & Filmtage, the youth film festival in Vienna and she joined the selection committee of Berlinale Generation (short film section).

Sigrid Hadenius-Ebner

Sigrid Hadenius-Ebner is the Festival Producer at Uppsala Short Film Festival. She is responsible for the industry events at the festival, spanning from Uppsala Talent Days and the Uppsala Short Film Pitch, to planning all seminars, panels, and masterclasses. Since 2023 she is the head of the National Competition, and since 2014 she has been a part of the selection committee for the International Competition. She is also a freelance programmer and curator for other festivals and cultural organisations. Sigrid Hadenius-Ebner has a background in art history at Uppsala University and in film studies at Stockholm University.

Heidi Gronauer

Heidi Gronauer is director of ZeLIG - School for Documentary, Television and New Media of Bolzano since 1990 and she is responsible for the development of the various documentary-related projects and film productions the school realizes. Since 2004 she is Head of Project of ESoDoc - European Social Documentary and she has also been responsible for the Media-Mundus/International projects ZeLIG realized in India and Africa (LINCT; ESoDoc INDIA; ESoDoc International). She has been in many film juries, works as a mentor, and collaborates with the Italian documentary association doc-it/Italian Doc Screenings, the Trento Film Festival, and many others. She is a member of the European Film Academy.
