Ofelia Catanea is a screenwriter and film teacher. She holds a PhD in Film Studies and has taught at various Italian and American universities, including the New York University in Florence and the USAC in Viterbo, where she currently teaches Italian Cinema. She has published various essays in books and journals. Her concept for a sci-fi TV series was a finalist at the Fiction Lab 2015 organized by the Torino Piemonte Film Commission.
