Simone Gandolfo studied Acting at the Acting School of the Teatro Stabile of Genoa and Directing at the New York Film Academy. Besides working as an actor for Italian TV, cinema and theatre, he is a freelance screenwriter and director. He also owns a production company, Macaia Film. He has worked with directors such as Roberto Benigni (The Tiger and the Snow) and Fausto Paravidino (Texas) and is known for his role as Orlando Serra in R.I.S. Roma – Delitti imperfetti.
